What are D'ishq pieces made of?

Our pieces use hypoallergenic brass or stainless steel bases, set with cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls or semi-precious stones. Everything is nickel-free and skin friendly.

Will the jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?

Accepted Answer

No. Every piece goes through an anti-tarnish coating and is sweat safe for everyday wear. Avoid perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaners directly on the metal to keep the finish looking new.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch in 1–3 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 business days and the rest of India in 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a pincode-based delivery charge is shown at checkout and is capped at ₹198.

Yes, on selected pincodes. If COD is available for your address, you'll see the option at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Use our size guide — it includes an Indian ring size chart plus a simple thread-and-ruler method. When in doubt, size up.

Do you have a warranty?

No, we don't have warranty. If you'll wear as we per guidelines you will not need any warranty.
