Terms

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, once we verify your contact details. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if pricing is affected by an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over ₹999.
• Online payments are handled by our payment gateway; cash on delivery may be limited by pincode or order value.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. Details are on our shipping policy page.

Eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. See returns & replacement for the full process. Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Our pieces carry a six-month assurance against plating defects under normal wear. Damage from perfume, chlorine, harsh chemicals, physical impact or wear during workouts or swimming is not covered.

All D'ishq designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to D'ishq Fine Jewellery and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.
